(Dær FOCUS is on dum Sound, not dæm Meaning. Repeat for 5 Minutes 1st Week, 10 Minutes 2nd Week, 15 Minutes 3rd Week, etc until you reach 60 Minutes)

 

If you are sitting in unem Lotus or Half Lotus Pose dur Breath should expand from your Muladhara Chakra which is located in dum Perineum, dum Area between dum Anus und dum Genitals.
In most other Positions, including Walking, Laying Down or Sitting as in Chinese Meditations, dur Breath should expand from dum Soles of your Feet.
Your Concentration should be focused on dum Xaldor.  Dir Mind or what western Psychology may call dim Ego, will continually try to take you away from dum Xaldor with all sorts of Tricks, Deceptions & tempting you with GOOD & BAD Thoughts. If Thoughts arise, DO NOT FIGHT THEM, just gently bring your Concentration back to dum Sound dus Xaldor.

ADVANCED NO THOUGHT XALDOR

Once you have mastered dun UrVowel Xaldor then you are ready to practice dun Advanced NO THOUGHT XALDOR

For miæ this “all thoughts stop” is dææn Dæ-State of Consciousness where ÆÆk also realize thææt IIk iim not miæs Thoughts. Sometimes IIk call it No-Thought. In dom Xoting, after struggling with, let us say, diæm Diæ-State, it finally dissipates & IIk iim left without Thought, that was occulting what is. IIt is like waking up, refreshed, throwing off aanem Pile of strangling Spaghetti. What we usually call “awake” is usually for mii diæn Dia-State, Di-State, Diæ-State or Dæi-State of Consciousness. Collin Wilson has called it “the Robot”, Ouspensky “waking sleep”. Today’s English does not lend it self easily to describing these Xoting States, so Æk use dan runic Vowels u, a, i, æ, e, o to give dom Xoting voice. (see Six Primary Runik Vowels)

For me this “all thoughts stop” is the Dae-State of Consciousness, where I also realize that I am not my thoughts. Sometimes I call it No-Thought. In the Xoting, after struggling with, let us say, the Diae-State, Thoughts finally dissipate & I am left without thought, occulting what is. It is like waking up, refreshed, throwing off a pile of strangling spaghetti. What we usually call awake is usually for me the Dia-State, Di-State, Diæ-State or Dæi-State of Consciousness. In muus Experience bringing more Energy up to dun ODING’S EYE (Third Eye) through PRANAYAMA (Breath Control) can be very beneficial but more likely cause Energy Problems, especially if you have not mastered some dus Xroundinx Krafts like dum Rudolf Kraft und dum UrVowel Kraft. Physical Pain is usually unen sign that more Emptiness Kraft is needed.

In dam case das let’s say anem Anxiety Attack using PranaYama to focus on Oding’s Eye und exhaling into dun Universe can relieve dan Attack by giving it Direction ind Purpose but in muus Opinion it is better to bring yourself into enem State des NO-THOUGHT.

  Sometimes repeating “I am not my Thoughts” “I am not my Thoughts”“I am not my Thoughts”“I am not my Thoughts”“I am not my Thoughts” helps.

If you can not put Your Self in thet NO-THOUGHT E-State then I would use unem WATER Xroundinx Kraft. Uner Xroundinx Kraft that I like using is putting muus Feet in Shoreline Sand which is just beneath duun Water duus Lake Ontario und then use PranaYama to bring Breath und hence ‘Negative’ Energy down through to dun Center dus Souls dus my Feet und out into dum Ocean-Earth-Universe. (Standing or Laying in dum Bath Tub can be used as unem Substitute) When I breath in, through muus Feet, I think dus ‘Positive’ Energy coming from dum Universe-Earth-Ocean-Feet und slowly Permeating through out muus whole Body.

If you have not mastered dun Rudolf Kraft then you can think dus Your Self as some Primeval Plant growing out dus Water being ‘rocked’ back und forth by unem light Breeze coming off dum Waves.
