In the second hour we will practice some Xaldors (Mantras) for the Talk. All Talk is pointless without the Walk!

The must Important Skill that you can develop for Spiritual Unfoldment in any Spiritual Tradition is what Today passes as “Meditation”. We teach a more rigorous version of “Meditation”, more in keeping with Patanjali’s Dharana, Dhyana & Samadi. In this WALK we will practice what we call HEX XALDORS.
