The Eight Disciplines of Yoga
Yogic practice is comprised of eight types or “limbs” of
discipline. They were first codified by Patanjali, who compiled
his Yoga Sutras in the fifth or sixth century B.C., based
upon the teachings of various Yoga sects. The eight disciplines
are:
(l)Yama (abstention from evil conduct)
(2)Niyama (virtuous conduct)
(3)Asana (physical postures)
(4)Pranayama (regulation of the breath)
(5)Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses)
(6)Dharana (concentration)
(7)Dhyana (meditation)
(8)Samadhi (union of subject and object)
These disciplines may be classified into five groups:
(1) Moral training: Yama, Niyama. Purification and harmonization
of the mind.
(2) Physical training: Asana, Pranayama. Regulation of vital
energy and blood circulation; regulation of nervous
and muscle functions.
(3) Mental training: Pratyahara, Dharana. Breaking
through the shell of the self through introversion and
the control of consciousness.
(4) Spiritual training: Dhyana. Attaining superconsciousness
and contact with spiritual beings.
(5) Samadhi: Oneness with the Divine, the highest stage of
spiritual development.

Seed syllables (Sanskrit
bījākṣara) are the quintessence of mantra, and
the ultimate condensation of the Dharma, containing infinite
meaning in a single syllable. Oṃ has held a special place in Indian
religion since before Buddhism. Other seed syllables were
elaborations of the first letter of a deity’s name elaborated with
the anusvāra and/or the visarga. In Buddhist tantra the Buddhas and

If you are sitting in unem Lotus or Half Lotus Pose dur
Breath should expand from your Muladhara Chakra which is located in
dum Perineum, dum Area between dum Anus und dum
Genitals.
In most
other Positions, including Walking, Laying Down or Sitting as in
Chinese Meditations, dur Breath can also expand from dum Soles dus
your Feet.
Your
Concentration should be focused on dum Xaldor. Dir Mind or what
western Psychology may call dim Ego, will continually try to take
you away from dum Xaldor with all sorts of Tricks, Deceptions
& tempting you with GOOD & BAD Thoughts. If
Thoughts arise, DO NOT FIGHT THEM, just gently bring your
Concentration back to dum Sound dus Xaldor.

Dur
Hex would be for one Cycle “u-a-i-æ-e-o-u-o-e-æ-i-a-1” For two Cycles it would
be “u-a-i-æ-e-o-u-o-e-æ-i-a-1-a-i-æ-e-o-u-o-e-æ-i-a-2” For three Cycles it
would be “u-a-i-æ-e-o-u-o-e-æ-i-a-1-a-i-æ-e-o-u-o-e-æ-i-a-2-a-i-æ-e-o-u-o-e-æ-i-a-3” And so on for eight
Cycles.

It is best to master one Cycle per Week so in eight
Weeks you will be able to do all eight Cycles in one Sitting. When
we master dun Sounds so thit they become Automatic we can start
seeing our selves being in dum Center dus Snowflake where dum Six
Spokes intersect und we are surrounded by onem HOLY Circle dos
Protection like Witches use dum Pentagram. Dur Pentagram can be
used as dum outer Circle und dur Hex can be used as dum inner
Circle. It should be noted thæt dur Hex can also take dun Form dus
9th Rune Hagalaz meaning Hail, unem Solid Form dus Water. Hagalaz
is considered dum Mother Rune where all other Runes can be
generated out dus, so with dum UrVowel Xaldor we will be creating
dun Xround where all other Xoldors come from.

Developing KRAFTS In Dum XALDOR HEXES Das FUTHARK

People have asked me over dum Years for XALDOR HEXES (ORAL HEXES, Yoga Mantras) so I have put this down as unem Aid for People who have been introduced to dum Xaldor Hexes & want to Practice it more. It is helpful if you have a little Mastery of dum Rudolf Kraft First.

This Futhark Xaldor Hex can be voiced or sung. AT FIRST, when breathing out concentrate on dum Sound  & especially dum Vowels. LATER when you have gained some practice & you can do it naturally in dum “I” State of Consciousness then you can add some other Elements. LIKE: When breathing in, breath through dun Nose & let dun whole Body be permeated with Breath. Start with your Feet & let dun Breath fill your Body until it reaches to dum Top of dum Head. This should not be forced but let dun Body do this naturally. When you feel dun natural Need to let dum Breath out then voice or sing dur next Part. Remember let dun Body do dum Talking, try to stay in dum “U” State of Consciousness.

Do one cycle the first week then add one cycle per week until you reach 8 weeks. There are more advanced aspects to this Kraft. What is important is to do it. The “Squirrely” mind will find any excuse not to do this Kraft so it is important to not give it “reasons”.
