Chia’s ALCHEMY Of SEXUAL ENERGY (excerpts)

Color & [[Annotations]] Added

… [[#rr23_IceFire]] “The two main forces are electricity [[Xot Fire]] and magnetism [[Xot Ice]]. “Bio-electro magnetism” is the Western term for life force, which the Tao refers to as chi. [[Xot Od]]Bio signifies life, electro refers to the universal energies (yang) [[Xot Fire]] of the stars and planets, and the magnetic force refers to the earth force (yin) [[Xot Ice]] or gravitational force present on all planets and stars. As we align ourselves with these forces, [[eg. observing Full Moon Eves]] we become a conduit through which we can absorb and digest these energies through the body, mind, and spirit, establishing a direct connection with the universe. [[Cosmic Consciousness]]
Humans normally access bio-electromagnetic energy through food and air. Plants absorb the universal energies of the sun and the magnetic energies of the earth; they digest and transform them, thereby making these energies available to all living beings. Rather than waiting until the energy in the universe is processed through plants, the Taoist goes directly to the source of this primordial energy.
Through the Chinese methods of cultivating energy known as Chi Kung and meditation, the Taoists directly tap into the source of energy all around us and focus it precisely.
We use the mind to project a pattern of energy into the universe, to connect to the force, and to bring this energy back into the body. The mind can travel millions of light years in a few moments. It can take you anywhere you imagine. If you picture something in your mind—an ocean, a sunset, or a mountain—you automatically connect with that image. With the proper training you can connect to the energy of nature and the universe and project your chi to combine with it, drawing these forces into the body. The hands are called the “touching force,” and like antennae they can transmit the frequencies and vibrations from space.

Transforming Negative Energy into Positive Energy

What the Taoists discovered is that negative energy can be used to cultivate positive energy. Changing the negative into positive, such as changing anger into happiness, is also known in Taoism and alchemy as “changing lead into gold.”

Recycling Sexual Energy

In Taoist thought sexual energy or ching is the source of all life and creativity. It is the basic resource, which can be transformed first into chi (life-force energy) and then into shen (spiritual energy). When we feel sexual arousal and desire, the sexual hormones are activated. This is the beginning of the inner alchemy of sexual energy. In the Taoist Healing Love practices this energy is recycled and used to regenerate the body’s internal energy.

I found out that the most important thing is feeling the chi within us (God within us). Just as religions speak of God, Taoism speaks of Wu Chi: the supreme power controlling the universe. … oneness with the universe (oneness with God) is what is important to all.
In response to this discovery I have developed the Universal Tao system with practices that offer five stages of mastering chi.
  1. Conserving chi. In the Universal Tao System, our first goal is to learn to conserve our chi; when a battery is totally drained, it is harder to charge. Conservation of chi will help gain more chi. To have more chi we first need to maintain control of the gates through which energy normally leaks out and constantly drains our life force.
  •     We leak energy:
  1. Balancing chi. Learning to balance chi is the second step to keeping a smooth and harmonious flow of energy moving throughout the whole body. If our energy is imbalanced, we may have too much energy in some places and not enough in others; we may also be too yang or too yin. We may have an excess or deficiency of heat, cold, damp, or dryness. This imbalanced energy tends to make us go to extremes.
  1. Transforming chi. Transforming chi is the third phase and allows practitioners access to more beneficial energies. For example, through the Sexual Chi Kung practices taught in the Universal Tao (the course known as Healing Love through the Tao), we can transform sexual energy back into basic life-force chi. Through other practices (such as the Inner Smile, the Six Healing Sounds, and Fusion of the Five Elements) we learn to transform negative emotional chi into positive virtuous chi. Thus chi is not only the foundation of our health; it is also the basis of spiritual development in the Tao.
  1. Increase chi. Once we have accomplished the three previous phases of mastering chi, we then learn to increase it. Chi pervades all of heaven and earth. In Cosmic Healing Chi Kung we learn time-tested ways to tap into these unlimited and transpersonal reservoirs of chi and greatly expand the amount of energy available to us. It is very important to first master the stages of conservation, balance, and transformation before we emphasize increasing our chi. Otherwise we may waste the energy we bring in, or we may inadvertently amplify the imbalanced or negative energies that we have not yet learned to bring under control.
  1. Expanding chi. Finally, we learn to extend our mind to tap in to the vast chi of the universe to heal our body, mind, and spirit and to heal other people. The Cosmic Healing Chi Kung practice sensitizes your hands to the feeling and movement of chi; it uses the mind/eye/heart power (Yi) to absorb cosmic chi into the palms and crown and to send it out through the hands and beyond, so that you can help restore balance in others without touching them or draining yourself.

In some religions and spiritual paths, there is a great emphasis on surrender and letting go. This is actually a form of relaxation. Taoist practices emphasize relaxation, letting go, and emptiness. When a person is relaxed, the muscles are open, the breathing is soft, and the energy can flow through the channels of the body. There is no resistance and no fighting. This allows the creative and higher forces to flow into us.
if you continue to surrender and let go, vital energy will be lost. In the long term, this will gradually drain you. To avoid this, at the moment that you are in touch with the higher forces, you need to become aware of yourself and your own energy. Then, projecting thoughts, intentions, and energy patterns into the creative force will fill rather than deplete your life-force energy. This way, energy is grounded and contained within.
Remaining open and empty, using intention, mind, and chi to draw the energy in, rather than being focused externally is a vital principle of Taoist practice. What might initially appear to be a paradox is reformulated as you do the practice: you will learn how to be empty and open and to simultaneously retain enough consciousness to draw the force into yourself.

When people are disconnected from themselves and from their sexual organs, the mind and the energy of the organs are separate. Taoism believes that the mind, body, and spirit must work together. The results depend on a person’s practice.

Sexual Organs

The Tao discovered that the sexual organs are the only organs that can generate a significant amount of vital energy (life force). However, the sexual organs cannot store the energy efficiently. When too much energy is generated, considerable amounts have to be dumped out. This is the most refined energy, the creative energy that should be cultivated for self-healing.

The Three Minds or Three Tan Tiens

In the Tao practice it is important to understand the principle of the three minds. The upper mind, also known as the upper tan tien, resides in the brain. The upper mind is good for detailed planning but is easily drained by thinking too much. The middle mind, or the middle tan tien, is centered in the heart. The heart is the seat of our consciousness. The lower mind, or the lower tan tien is in the lower abdomen and this is where our awareness resides. It is also the place to generate chi. The three tan tiens are also able to store energy, transform it, and supply it to the brain, spinal cord, sexual organs, and other organs.

Karmamudra ~ The Sanskrit word Karmamudra is a technical term utilized in Tibetan Buddhism, specifically in Tantra. The term is derived from karman (act) and mudra (seal), so can be translated as "action seal" or "activity seal." It refers to a secret level of Tantra in which specially prepared initiates - one male, one female - join sexually in order to harness the power of sex for spiritual development. Through the "activity" of sexual energy, the initiate can "seal" their consciousness in the clear light (bodhichitta / Chenresig / Christ). Karmamudra refers both to this type of practice and sometimes to the woman who practices it.

Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati was born in 1953, in Chandornagore (West Bengal, India). Highly educated, she was a scholar of English literature and also travelled widely within India and abroad. As a young woman of twenty-two, she began to experience profound inner awakenings, which led her to meet Swami Santayana. In 1982, she was initiated into the Dashnami sannyasa tradition and began a life of dedication and service to her guru and his work.

Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, TATTWA SHUDDHI 1994

Today yoga is practised in almost every corner of the world, but we do not really see any transformation in the consciousness of mankind. Where then does the fault lie? Is it in the practice itself? Not likely, because we can cite numerous examples of cases where it has been successful. It is more likely that the fault lies in the way we practise our sadhana; ‘a bit of this and a bit of that,’ whenever we care to do it.

When we live in anem Age where Delusions are sold as Liberations, “Spiritual Materialist” believe they can, after reading dam latest New Age Fad or taking unem Week End Workshop with dam latest New Age Star, just jump into dam Lake das quick fixes for their Spiritual Ills. They believe in short Cuts, Technology, Crystals, Astrology, Divination, Drugs, Mediums, Gurus, etc. etc. etc. This is like wanting to swim across dom Ocean dos Cosmic Consciousness by renting unem Motor Boat because we believe in Technology. Only when we truly understand don Words dos Christ-Odin in daem Shamanistic Ritual from dom Cross-Tree, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.” Luke 23:34, will we will begin to appreciate what it takes to become onen strong Swimmer. Only dun HARD WORK dos FOUNDATION Spiritual Disciplines, like we find in Dhyana, Vama Marga, Kundalini Yoga & dom Xoting, can make us strong

There is little you can achieve by Jumping into a lake if you don’t know how to swim.  …

…, vama marga, kundalini yoga and so on may sound appealing and exciting, but unless there is a strong foundation, your sadhana is sure to dissipate. Tantra terms this foundation for all sadhana as shuddhi or purification. {{From aenem Xoting POV this would be, daen Process daes slowly letting your Thoughts dissipate, thru dum Rudolf Xoting & dum UrVowel Xoting}}

However, on this point tantra differed from other philosophies, for what other philosophies termed as sin, tantra termed as a necessary experience for growth. Tantra says to utilize these forces of passion, anger, jealousy, guilt, shame and hatred by uniting them with their opposites. Only then can you experience unity. If you misuse these forces by

creating a separation from their opposites, then the gap grows wider and unity becomes impossible. So, tantra speaks of purification but in a different sense. By the term purification it implies the release of energy from matter, so that the energy can unite with consciousness.

From a Xoting POV we can think of “matter” as ossified Thoughts. Thoughts create daen Concepts dus Energy & Matter. Thru daem Xoting when we “purify” we mean releasing Thoughts. These Thoughts act like Clouds hiding dun Clear Sky which is our No-Mind void dis clouding Thoughts.

Without this purificatory process through tattwa shuddhi, the higher esoteric practices lead to darkness and despair. It is a very simple matter to understand. Vama marga, kaula marga, smashan sadhana, shyama sadhana or kundalini yoga etc. require a very deep level of concentration, which is only attainable when the mind has transcended matter and vibrates at the subtle frequency of pure energy. You have to be so proficient at attaining this state that it should happen as easily as at the press of a button. Only then can you hope to overpower the inner explosions that arise as a consequence of the practices. Otherwise you will simply remain at the level of material awareness, or else, if you transcend matter while still operating through the gross mind, the resulting experiences are likely to create a severe error in the personality.

The aim of tantra is succinctly defined in the word itself. Tantra has been derived from the combination of two Sanskrit words: tanoti or expansion and trayati or liberation. This implies that tantra is the method to expand the mind and liberate the dormant potential energy. … knowledge derived through the senses is restricted by the boundaries of time, space and object.

…  As long as we function through the realm of the senses and mind, we cannot transgress these finite and restricting boundaries.

For example, to see the lustrous beauty of a flower, it is necessary to have the flower in front of your open eyes; … [pp1] … This type of experience is called objective because it is dependent on the presence of an object, the senses, and the mind in relation to both of them.

… Knowledge gained through a subjective experience is far more accurate and precise than that gained through an objective experience, because it is the consequence of an expanded mind. [pp2]

Dar Words “subjective” & “objective” are deceptive Terms because from daem POV daes AE-Mind we can see THIS as “an expanded mind” but from dem POV des E-Mind, we see it less as Oppositions, Contrasts Hierarchies & more as Emptiness, No-Thought & pure Consciousness. From dom POV dos O-Mind THIS is pregnant with Silence-To-Be.

Expansion of mind is that phenomena which allows an individual to experience beyond the realm of the senses, time, space and matter. In that realm, you are unbound by distance and time. You can travel into the past or future and know the happenings at places where you are not physically present. [pp2]

Dam Words “beyond the realm of the senses, time, space and matter” are deceptive. Time, Space & Matter from der POV of E-Mind, are more like Artificial Constructs, “Webs of Maya” that is used to comprehend “Reality” but are not real in themselves. Once these Artificial Constructs are dropped we are no longer restricted by them. We are liberated. Der Para-Normal no longer become Para but Normal.

Aim of tantra.•

The mind [I-Mind] which we use in day to day life for perception and cognition, ordinarily acts through the senses [U-Mind]. But if we can introvert the senses and turn the mind inwards [thru Æ-Mind, Dharana], It manifests itself through inner experience and an expanded mind [E-Mind, Dhyana]. Thus matter is separated from energy, thereby liberating the energy or ‘shakti’ principle [Valkyrie, Dragon, Dracula] which then unites with ‘shiva’ or consciousness, creating homogeneous awareness [O-Mind, Samadhi].

Just as a river expanding into the ocean, loses its limitations and restriction, similarly the finite mind expands into the cosmic or infinite mind and thus becomes a receptor and transmitter of the truth. When this occurs, there is a resulting explosion of energy and the inherent consciousness is freed from the matter. This can be likened to the kundalini experience and this has always been the aim of tantra.

Other philosophies also reach out towards the same goal, although the paths may differ. In vedanta philosophy, there Is the concept of ‘Brahman’ or the iaadivisible, homogeneous, all-pervading reality or consciousness. Brahman is derived from the root ‘brihan’ which means to expand, and can therefore e understood as expanding consciousness. It is this brahmic awareness, present in each of us, which is responsible for highest knowledge. It exists as one or the whole, towards which are constantly striving to unite.

From dim POV dis I-Mind & dæs Æ-Mind, “brahmic awareness”, Silence-To-Be, looks like um Expansion or Higher Knowledge but from dem POV des E-Mind it feels like Thunderstorms das Emotions and Clouds das Thoughts evaporating, leaving us in om Clear Blue Sky.

We can break down Artists into three Categories:
1. Personal Artists who create Personal Truths
2. Cultural Artists who create Cultural Truths
3. Mystical Artists who create Mystical Truths

The difference between a mandala created by an artist and that created by a mystic is significant. An artist communicates his inner experience by translating it into a concept that is bound by time and space, because his inside is not as profound as that of a mystic. It often conveys his emotions but not a metaphysical truth. A mystic, on the other hand, goes far beyond the limitations of the finite mind, emotions and intellect and, therefore, his experiences relate more profoundly to the universal concepts of the cosmos. Both artist and mystic explore and depict inner truths. However, an artist expels the experiences through his work of art, whereas the mystic continues to develop one experience into another. A mystic is not aiming to discover inner visions, but that which is even beyond. If an artist were to do the same, he would be transformed into a mystic. Therefore, all art based on divine inner experience has been able to withstand the test of time, and exists as an immortal and eternal idea. pp 68

If there were no tension or conflict, we would cease to evolve. We would remain complacent and inert at the level of tamas. However, due to this conflict a strain is created, and due to ‘the strain we are forever trying to find a balance. In our search for the balance we turn to the spiritual experience and thus our evolution is pushed higher and higher. (pp 83, rr10-Confrontation)

Why a woman’s wiggle while she walks shows she is ready for love

By Jo Macfarlane

Their research revealed that women at the peak of their fertility cycles walk more slowly and seductively than those who are not.

This subtle change in behaviour is subconscious but has clear evolutionary benefits – as it makes a woman appear more attractive just at the time when she is most likely to fall pregnant, the research showed.

The girls were unaware of the nature of the study and were asked for a saliva sample to test for the presence of a hormone.

Levels of the hormone indicated whether they were approaching the most fertile time of the month.

Professor Nicolas Gueguen led the study at the behavioural sciences unit of the University of Bretagne-Sud in France.

For the ‘wiggle test’, he recruited 103 young women who were undergraduate business and social science students at his university – telling them he was conducting an experiment to test their word choices.

All were single, heterosexual and aged between 18 and 22.

He had already ruled out any who were using the contraceptive pill in case the hormones affected the experiment.

Each woman was individually asked to sit in a room and wait. After a short time, an attractive man entered and sat with them. The man was asked to smile at them and engage them in friendly conversation.

Unknown to the women, the man had been pre-selected for his attractiveness by a separate group of 31 women who had awarded him an average of 7.28 on a scale of 1 to 9.

The man then accompanied the women down a corridor to the laboratory, where they were told the study would take place. But without their knowledge, the man deliberately walked behind to film them.Once they reached the room, the women’s saliva was tested.

They were also then told the purpose of the experiment and asked for their permission to use the video footage. All gave their consent.

The results showed women at the peak of their fertility cycles were rated an average of 2.96 on the scale for sexiness, compared with 2.31 for those at the least fertile point.

The most fertile women also took about three seconds longer on average to complete the same short walk. Prof Gueguen and his researchers concluded: ‘We found that women near ovulation spent more time walking down a long hallway and their gaits were perceived to be sexier by males.

‘Such results confirm that subtle behavioural cues are influenced by menstrual cycle.’

In his research Mr Gueguen is keen to point out other studies that have observed female behaviour, including one which involved watching women while they were seated in university cafeterias, bars or nightclubs.

The women used ‘subtle nonverbal behaviours such as  nodding, leaning forward, self-touching, hair-flipping and hair-tossing in courtship and flirting relationships’, it says.

A study at speed-dating events found women who mimicked the behaviour of the men they were talking to were deemed more attractive than the other participants. And another found women with slightly enlarged pupils were considered more feminine.

A new study has found that one in 13 girls aged 14 to 20 have engaged in ‘multi-person sex’ (MPS).
… 45 per cent said at least one male participant had not used a condom.

… majority of the girls ‘reported being pressured, threatened, coerced, or forced to participate in MPS at least once.’
Although some of those participating in the study were adults, the average age of their first group-sex experience was just 15.6 years old.
A total of 54 per cent of those studied had multi-person sex for the first time when they were younger than 16.

The girls who took part in the study had sought treatment for reproductive health issues.

The study also found that the girls who had engaged in multi-person sex were more likely to smoke, be the victims of dating violence and have sexually transmitted diseases.
